Neon Strip Features: Made with high-quality flexible 2835 LED strips; 12V/24V DC low-voltage operation, high brightness, excellent color consistency, stable quality, long service life, freely customizable, and easy to install. Color Rendering Index (CRI) Ra ≥ 80/90/95; available color temperatures range from 1800K to 10000K, with RGB and RGBW options also available.

Neon Tubes: 10×10 neon tubes are made of high-quality, eco-friendly silicone. Features include high light transmittance, high luminous efficacy, resistance to yellowing, high flexibility, UV resistance, and a V0 flame retardant rating, ensuring excellent fire resistance.

Lighting Effects: Emits light from the front with a soft glow; no light spots or flickering; highly flexible, suitable for indoor and outdoor lighting applications such as hotel/B&B corridors, room ambient lighting, building facade outlines, and architectural accent lighting.

Caution:

Do not connect the positive(+) and negative(-) wrong, it will damage the product, suggest to power product on both sides when the strip length more than 7meters. Basic insulation between active parts of the LED module and the mounting surface of the LED module.

Phenomenon	causes	solution
whole strip not working	1、positive(+) and negative (-)Connection wrong. 2, input voltage too low. 3, Power supply failure .	(1)checkthe+and -connection right between power supply and led strip. (2) check the power supply output voltis same with strip working volt.
whole strip with slight brightness and few sections bright	1、positive(+) and negative (-)short circuit of input wire, the resistor and chip led be burnt by surge. 2, leds will be failed by the power supply leakage or strip components touch the metal object around .	(1)please do not connect the wire with electricity, and make sure strip without any short circuit before power on. (2) check the power, strip and metal object allisolated
led strip Color difference	1, something fall on the surface of LED.	(1)check the LED surface if anything fall on, like oil, dust,putty powder, then clean it.(this issue always happen in the project, suggest toinstall the led strip when decoration done.)
one section orfew sections failureor color missing	1, the pad of components crack by the wrong fold or people step on the led strip . 2, the chip of led burnt out.	(1)cut the failed section and replace with new section. (2)the led burnt out by ESD orthe strip surface-to-surface touch each other or strip surface touch metal cause the short circuit.
the brightess is big difference between the front and the end	1, the strip length is too long make voltage drop.	(1)suggest to power strip on both sides when constant volt strip length>7meters and constant current strip length>15meters.
strip fall off from the object	1、the object with paint, dust and silicone will make the tape sticky weak	(1)suggest to clean the surface of object before stick the strip.
led strip white colorturn blue color	1, the fluorescent glue of ledare corroded by something.	(1)if you need to use something like glue, tube, plastic to fix the strip,...please use the netural type, do not use acid type or something with sulfur.
